OLD BUCKNER CEMETERY ASSOCIATION

There have been only two charitable activities during the tax year 2023 which were: directors attended the annual meeting and one director researched the history of the Buckner site and applied for an award from the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. The historic site medallion from the DRT was awarded and received. Funding for the cemetery association is pending final approval of permits to proceed with restoration of the site. The cemetery association will be fully active after funding to fulfill its obligations to preserve protect and maintain the historic site. This funding is imminent.
