Ocf philanthropy supports local community efforts for the benefit of arts, education, cultural projects, basic needs, and other goals. Ocf sponsors a low power fm radio statuon that partners with local schools and governmental agencies to provide resources including student trainings, emergency response communication, and local broadcasting.
