OUR SILENT CANVAS

The second was the development of a large-scale collaborative project with the mind and life foundation and the office of his holiness the dalai lama. This work centers on an immersive installation and a two-hour multi-channel audio and traditional record release, created in partnership with ten visual installation artists from around the world. The project features his holiness the dalai lama speaking about the future of humanity, global environmental and political challenges, and the importance of cultivating compassion, study, and secular contemplative practice for mental and physical well-being.

Throughout the year osc also continued modest promotional efforts around its existing catalog to sustain awareness of its growing body of work. Toward the end of 2024 and into 2025, these efforts were scaled back as staffing became limited and organizational focus shifted primarily to advancing the mind and life foundation/dalai lama collaboration.
