(ohmg) operates the healthpark, a 115,000 square foot, world class wellness facility offering programs that focuses on keeping people well and restoring health to others. The healthpark is kentucky's only certified center through the medical fitness association with a membership of over 5,100. The facility houses a medical based fitness center, with programs that providers can make referrals in the electronic medical record (epic) for those needing increased physical activity (exercise is medicine and fall prevention), community education and screenings and meeting space for support groups.
