PAN AMERICAN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The corporation is organized, and shall at all times be operated, exclusively for charitable, religious, education, and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), including, but not limited to, providing services to and assist other code section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entities in obtaining otherwise inaccessible financing for their tax-exempt projects, which may include a broad variety of services, programs and activities serving the nees of the elderly and developmentally disabled, advancing physical and mental health, lessening the burdens of government, providing affordable low income housing, promoting education, and financing, holding and leasing facilities and infrastructure in connection with these programs.
