PARK PARTHENIA LTD

In 1999, the organization purchased a six-unit apartment building in the park parthenia complex and began providing this additional housing to another 31 individuals. In 2001, the organization purchased an additional eight-unit apartment building in the park parthenia complex and began providing this additional housing to another 44 individuals.during the year 2011, the organization purchased 23 units of single-family houses in distressed areas. Repairs and maintenance were completed in order to provide affordable housing for low and moderate income families. By the end of 2016, all houses were rented out. The organization currently owns 6 single family homes, all occupied by low and moderate income families.
