The Paso del Norte Health Foundation provides in-kind administrative services to the PdNCF.
Program 2
$317KREALIZE is a unique leadership experience to address regional health needs. The Executive Program includes assessments, two off-site experiences, executive coaching, and at least five cohort connect learning sessions. It was founded on a transformational leadership model and has graduated 60 participants. The Board Program includes trainings for nonprofits board members in the region. To provide strategic direction and planning support for expanding REALIZE leadership training to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
