The idweek annual meeting is the world's premier infectious diseases event. This meeting provides an opportunity for health professionals of various backgrounds to learn from each other's knowledge, experience and expertise, for the improvement of patient care and public health related to immunizations, immunocompromised host and transplant id and other disease areas. The annual st. Jude/pids conference focuses on areas related to infectious diseases, microbiology, transplant id, immunocompromised hosts & global health. The conference also has a series of career development workshops, and an opportunity for attendees to present their original research to colleagues in pediatric infectious diseases. The pas symposium is also presented annually & shares the latest academic & research in pediatric infectious diseases. Prep:id is a comprehensive review & update of pediatric infectious diseases for general pediatricians & pediatric infectious disease physicians preparing for the certifying board exam.
