Direct class offerings: guided by our purpose of conducting and supporting programs, training, initiatives, and thought leadership that promote education, leadership development, community engagement, organizational effectiveness, and the advancement of human-centered practices that contribute to the well-being of individuals, workplaces and communities. Phillips dba chapman foundation for caring communities, offers distinctive learning experiences that transform individuals and communities through the power of human-centered leadership. The foundation accomplishes this purpose by providing the programs directly to communities and collaborator organizations. In 2024, chapman foundation for caring communities conducted 127 classes serving 2013 participants in 32 communities. Alumnae of our classes are also offered a variety of in-person and online learning opportunities to reinforce and enhance the skills learned in the classes.
