$595Schools - Supporting and guiding student groups who wish to work within their schools for more sustainable dining. Switching from single-use to reuse is emphasized but boosting composting and recycling is also in scope. Restaurants will also be given free consultations on "profitable pathways to going green" if requested. However we are not actively approaching restaurants at this time. We are working with student groups at 3 schools.

$2KEducation - Provided partly through educational content on our website but we also regularly speak to other organizations on sustainability topics. Since inception in 2022 we have engaged with more than 1,500 individuals at more than 30 events and speaking engagements.
Program 3
$1KCircular Systems - Working with municipalities and businesses on establishing pilots for circular reuse systems for to-go orders. In Austin TX the citys largest independent senior living facility has converted from single-use to reuse in a closed-loop system. In Columbus OH an open-loop system for reusable cups for coffee shop to-go orders was recently launched.
