PRIME FIT YOUTH FOUNDATION

Prime fit youth foundation's intervention programs provide targeted, intensive support for youth exhibiting higher levels of need, including those involved with (or at risk of involvement with) the juvenile justice system. Intervention activities are individualized and may include daily mentoring, crisis stabilization, emotional-regulation coaching, executive-function skill building, case coordination with schools and correctional agencies, and evidence-based supports. Intervention services are designed to address specific behavioral, academic, and emotional needs, mitigate risk, coordinate wraparound resources, and help youth stabilize and progress in school, community, and family settings. Services are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and aligned with evidence-based research.
