Program 1
To make grants to recognized public charities. This includes religious, educational, scientific and cultural institutions; poverty relief agencies; or any other organization that qualifies as a 501(c)(3) charity according to the IRS, including organizations that assist during pandemics (including COVID-19), disasters, and crisis.
Program 2
To provide grants to organizations that raise funds for specific causes such as MLS syndrome and HIV/AIDS.We will also make grants directly to individuals for hardship, emergency assistance and medical distress within IRS criteria. Additionally, grants may be made to recognized, reputable internationals NGOs on the front lines providing disaster assistance. Any grants given will be applied solely to charitable purposes and we will adhere to IRS procedures for performing due diligence prior to the grant: by entering into a grant agreement with special terms,and by exercising oversight over the expenditure of such funds.
