Gospel in Life (GIL) became part of Redeemer City to City (RCTC) in January 2023. GIL stewards and distributes Tim Keller's sermons, conference talks, articles and group studies, and works closely with the Resource team to develop strategies to translate and distribute those materials through the CTC networks in ways that enhance their local content development efforts. This represents an incredible opportunity to reach new people and get more resources into the hands of CTC leaders across the globe. In April 2023, a dream of Tim and Kathy Keller and the GIL team was finally realized when we were able to make all sermons and talks on the GIL website free. During this fiscal year, the GIL podcast averaged more than 2.25 million downloads a month, and more than 212,000 people subscribed to receive regular emails, new content and updates. The gospel message shared by Tim Keller in print or audio form was heard over 48 million times, and in all, there were over 27.5 million downloads of the GIL podcast.

Program 2

$1.3M

The leadership development program recruits, assesses, trains, and coaches leaders who start new churches and church networks in cities around the world. Once a church is launched, we provide further training and coaching to support sustainability, and we connect these churches to other churches and ministries. Leaders coached are paired with an experienced mentor and coach for regular meetings. Leaders trained take part in equipping programs with depth-either intensives, immersions, or cohorts that take place consistently over time. In fiscal year 2024, by working with partners around the globe, more than 14,000 leaders were trained, and cumulatively since inception, more than 150,000 leaders have been coached, trained, or reached. One highlight was hosting our second global coach gathering with 22 leaders representing Asia Pacific, South Asia, Japan, Europe, the United States, Mexico, Latin America, Brazil, and Taiwan.

Program 3

$745K

The Resource team is responsible for developing and carrying out a publishing strategy that equips gospel movements around the world through books, training and other content resources, such as articles, podcasts, videos and online courses, created by a diverse range of global practitioners. The team hosted 30 Global Participants from 19 countries and 24 cities at the Next Gen Global Gathering to catalyze global DNA dissemination, foster cross-cultural fellowship, and model resource development. The Resource team also restarted the blog on the RCTC website and published 28 new articles, more than half of which were sourced and translated from affiliates outside the US. Blog traffic is up by nearly 100% from last year, and more than 20 RCTC resources were licensed for translation. In addition, the team consulted with RCTC Europe and RCTC LatAm to develop content strategies for the regions, with 20,855 podcast downloads of How to Reach the West Again (Seasons 1 & 2).

Program 4

$358K

The Global Faith and Work Initiative (GFWI) is committed to helping pastors and ministry leaders equip their people to do God's work in the world. This program equips ministry leaders to develop faith and work ministry within their current ministry context through training and resources; by connecting collaborative teams of faith and work catalysts, trainers and coaches in major cities, and by mobilizing the people of the church to work to God's glory in every vocation and industry through a variety of programs. GFWI published Go Forth: God's Purpose for Your Work, a six week small group study and sold over 850 books in 2024. Over 400 pastors have been trained through our Designing a Faith & Work Initiative training and over 2000 alumni have been through our Gotham Fellowship program.
