This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law; and, specifically, for the purpose of furthering the development of the arts, art education and public access in the city of redwood city and in the county of san mateo, california.
