REFUGEE SERVICES OF TEXAS INC

Survivors of Trafficking Empowerment Program (STEP) provides high quality, victim-centered case management and comprehensive services that address the individualized needs of victims of all forms of human trafficking (adults, minors, domestic born, foreign born, labor, sex). STEP also provides support and expanded education, awareness, and training to local communities and law enforcement agencies on the identification and reporting of labor and sex trafficking. STEP is predominantly funded by DOJ and HHS/TVAP; direct client services include shelter/housing assistance, medical/dental/mental health care, substance abuse treatment, interpretation, employment and educational assistance, legal services, and victim advocacy. Provided total program expenses for this program for FYE 2021 and any grants passed through to subs.
