During Covid times direct distribution was put on hold and Rhoades to Recovery distributed to the homeless through Fishline in Poulsbo WA.
Program 2
$1KSteve Rhoades met with people dealing with addiction and homeless issues in the parking lot of the Harley Davidson shop once a week in Bellingham and once a week in Olympia. The Harley shops and the clubs spread the word that Steve would be available to provide people support experience strength and hope who are struggling with these issues. This was a creative way to continue Steve's ministry of presence during covid times.
