In july, 2024, completed the spanish/english text book referenced in prior tax returns entitled "un verbo espanol para cada ocasion - a spanish verb for every occasion". Worked for the remainder of the year to make final book edits, to investigate and communicate with possible publishers, and to prepare for filing an application with the us copyright office to obtain copyright protection for the book. All of this work has been done since 2020 through "clase de hoy llc", the 100% owned florida limited liability company (disregarded entity) of the foundation.
