These programs include, but are not limited to, holiday and birthday meals, exercise classes, restaurantvisits, educational speakers, english language classes, citizenship classes, craft instruction and trips to local attractions.seniors living in the surrounding community are frequently invited to participate in these events. Residents and staff plan special activities in cooperation with local schools and agencies serving children.ongoing education programs are made available to residents regarding durable power of attorney for health care decisions, medicare, medi-cal, hmo and supplemental insurance decisions, as well as other programs pertaining to senior health issues.
