$3.2MRiverview village is made up of 163 independent living homes spread throughout the riverview campus, which covers over 30 acres along the spokane river. Village residents enjoy the following amenities: a 3-pool aquatic and fitness center, access to nursing, counseling, and therapy services, a chaplain, grounds care (lawn mowing, gardens and snow removal), maintenance services, a state-of-the-art woodshop, beauty salon, coffee shop, community center and an activities program. Residents purchase an unlimited right to occupy with an entrance fee. When a resident vacates, the vacating resident receives a refund of 80% of the entrance fee when the home is reoccupied. Residents also pay a monthly fee. In 2024, this facility had 91.5% average occupancy.
Program 2
$2.1MRiverview memory care provides dementia and alzheimer services in 20 assisted living rooms. In addition to providing all meals for residents, memory care residents enjoy the following amenities for a monthly fee: 18-foot aquarium, activities program, outdoor garden area, access to nursing, counseling, and therapy services, a chaplain, beauty salon, and a special event room. Residents remit monthly payments for memory care services. In 2024, this facility had 63.1% average occupancy.
Program 3
$1.5MRiverview rehabilitation center transitioned in 2024 from a licensed comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility (corf) to an outpatient therapy center allowing more contracted insurances in network. The center provides outpatient diagnositc, therapeutic, and restorative services to its residents at a fixed location for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled or sick individuals including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social work services.
