The activity of the rml charitable foundation (the foundation) will be to support artistic and musical appreciation and education with the donated collection of original oil paintings or other visual arts by world renowned painter and musician, ronnie wood and other artists, books about the art of ronnie wood, and miscellaneous items related to ronnie wood and the art of ronnie wood (hereinafter collectively referred to as the collection).the collection was donated to the foundation to allow the foundation to carry out the above-mentioned charitable purposes. The foundation aims to show the collection at the shanna and bryan glazer jewish community center, a section 501(c)(3) charitable organization in support of the tampa jewish federation and the morean arts center in st petersburg, fl.
Program 2
The foundation will offer creative educational experiences in the visual arts at these locations, and other appropriate non-profit venues to provide historical and educational opportunities for the public to see, appreciate, and learn about the collection and the themes and history associated therewith. The foundation is created to devote all time and funds/assets to the above-mentioned public, educational, and charitable opportunities.in addition to those activities, the foundation will conduct such activities and provide financial and other support, including use of the collection, for other charitable organizations with similar purposes in the united states of america as permitted under applicable law and the rules associated with the operation and maintenance of a bona fide private operating foundation.
