Spring Fellows Retreat: Switzer Fellows participate in two multi-day retreats, which focus on building connections among fellows and developing leadership skills. In 2024, the spring retreat also featured a cross-cohort Switzer Network gathering, focused on creating authentic, supportive connections between fellows across cohorts, geographies, and expertise, while encouraging shared learning, respectful engagement, and meaningful interaction with the people, place, and environment of Puerto Rico for 52 current fellows and alumni.

Fall Fellows Retreat: Switzer Fellows participate in two multi-day retreats, which focus on building connections among fellows and developing leadership skills. The fall retreat focused on building community among fellows, creating connections to the Switzer Network, and exploring leadership through an equity lens for 20 current fellows in Rowe, MA.

Program Consultants: The foundation paid stipends to 55 Switzer Network alumni for their contributions to program activities, including serving on the Fellows Advisory Committee, planning and hosting Switzer Network convenings, and serving as ambassadors for the Switzer Fellowship program..
