ROBERT CRYAN IRREVOCABLE TRUST

A nature preserve and educational park consisting of 1,677.85 acres of land and buildings for the general public for field trips, weddings, concerts and other social events. Religious organizations conduct services on the premises without the premises being designated as a church. During the year hundreds of people have used the property for these various purposes. The only fee charged for the use of the property has been for one of the cabins. No cabin use fee was received in 2023. There is no other fee currently charged for the use of the property, so there is no known actual number of persons for the general public use. The normal expenses to maintain the property are occupancy, insurance, maintenance and repairs, real estate taxes, wildlife feed, seeds and trees for refoliage of the land, purchase of equipment, depreciation of charitable use buildings and equipment and related administrative expenses.
