ROCA SANCHEZ CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be formed under the general corporations act of delaware. This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more purposes specified in section 501(c)(3) of the us internal revenue code and section 1101.01(a)(2)(a) of the puerto rico internal revenue code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3) of the us internal revenue code and section 1101.01 (a)(2)(a) of the puerto rico internal revenue code, or to make contributions to other entities or individuals, as may be permitted by said sections, for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes.
