ROLLING START NC

Rolling Start NC's primary mission is to provide reliable vehicles to community members in need. Vehicles are donated to our organization or directly to the needy individual. Rolling Start's role is to refurbish, both mechanically as well as cosmetically, these vehicles so that they will provide reliable and safe transportation for recipients and their families. Needy individuals are selected by a committee comprised of members from three other non-profit organizations in our community. That separation removes Rolling Start from the selection process. We have 14 vehicles that are being prepared for donation in 2021. Several of these vehicles already have a family targeted as a recipient. All of our labor is provided free of charge by a group of local men and women. Our local community parts and machine shop suppliers have provided Rolling Start with materials at cost which has enabled Rolling Start to be financially efficient.
