RONIN SURGICAL FOUNDATION

Ronin surgical foundation's mission is to provide a light where light is needed, for those who need it most. Surgical lighting in operatory suites, especially in international markets, is often inadequate for ideal tissue visualization. This hinders the surgeon's ability to do their best work, which potentially jeopardizes the health and outcomes of their patients. The foundation collects new and used surgical lighting and distribute such equipment to hospitals or other organizations providing medical services (domestic or foreign). While improving light is the initial focus of the foundation, it seeks to more broadly address all aspects of surgery that can be measurably improved. The foundation will accomplish this through several mechanisms in both domestic and foreign markets.the foundation may provide grants or contributions in furtherance of its exempt purposes. Recipient organizations will be identified by the board of directors.
