In accordance with the decedent's will, the trust distributes annual net income in 3 equal amounts to each of the following charitable organizations: 1)pen bay medical center, now part of the mainehealth organization, for general, unrestricted funding of the hospital facility located in rockport, maine. 2)pine tree society, inc., for general, unrestricted support of the organization. 3)regional school unit 40, for the purpose of awarding post-secondary education scholarships to residents of waldoboro, maine.
