RWMD SCHOLARSHIP FUND INC

To award scholarships or grants to college students enrolled at duke university or to make grants to duke university, as long as it remains tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3). If duke university shall not accept funds on behalf of its students, scholarships will be awarded to students enrolled at the university of chicago, yeshiva university college or the city college system of new york city. Scholarships and grants shall be awarded on a nondiscriminatory basis. Initial activity will be to develop the scholarship application and grant agreement forms. This is in process during 2024. Subsequent acvitivites include making the scholarship opportunity available to potential recipients, reviewing scholarship applications, contacting scholarship applicants and potential applicants and scholarship grant oversight.
