Providing educational self improvement life and wellness coaching to individuals and groups with a focus on assisting individuals to find direction and balance in their individual lives through: i assisting children struggling in school with tutoring services ii working with young parents especially single moms to teach them skills to adjust to their new family structure iii working with young adults who have aged out of the foster care system and teaching them skills skills for being an independent functioning adult in society iv counseling individuals who are living beyond their means and help them to create a budget plan v teaching meditation and other stress reducing techniques to individuals vi teaching organization and time management skills vii teaching holistic health practices to those who are struggling with health issues and those who need assistance to restore their health to a level where they can work again.
