Youth organizing total program expense achievements in the areas of school climate included youth fellows serving on committees to better engage families and community in district funding decisions.

Other program services 4: community health achievements included holding healthy cooking workshops, lgbtq youth identity groups, and providing crisis and ongoing clinical therapy and case management support ranging from 2-5 stabilizing sessions to continuous relationship and montioring between therapists and young people over the course of the year. Over 150 young people participated in tailored counseling, case management, and career/educational supports.other program services 5: ryses integrative program model works to improve the social and material conditions for young people in richmond and west contra costa county. Ryse engaged young people and community members onsite through drop-in and structured programs and events (on-site and/or online) and offsite through training and workshops in high schools, continuation shcools, partner agency sites, and within juvenile hall. Ryse activated its new campus in 2022 offering 25,000 sqft of new space while staying connected to its original legacy building which was also renovated in 2022. Both buildings provide programming across departments, 19 youth leadership cohorts engaged in political and community education and leadership skill-building. In july of 2023, ryse opened a free health clinic for our youth. This building is connected to the new ryse campus and will provide a combination or services for our youth.
