SCHUYLER COUNTY COMMUNITY

Sccf manages over 30 funds established for charitable purposes. Management of the funds includes prudent investment decision making and the establishment of a spending policy consistent with the intentions of the donors and charitable entities. Many of the entities are small community organizations that would otherwise not exist due to the complexity of obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status on an ongoing basis. The organization also receives large donations from other charitable foundations for the benefit of the residents of rushville, schuyler county, and other areas of west central illinois. Sccf is operated for the public benefit and endeavors to administer and distribute philanthropic funds for the benefit of several illinois counties.
