Taxpayer established a non monetary collaborative relationship with oak knoll school of the holy child, a religious educational institution, in 2010. Taxpayer purchased real property located at 1 manor hill road, summit, nj to use in collaboration with oak knoll in 2010. After acquisition of real property, referenced above, taxpayer rented such property at below market rent to the school so the nuns who were committed to the religious education of children, could reside close to oak knoll.
