SLEEP TO LIVE WELL FOUNDATION

The foundation publishes and promotes research on the impact of restorative sleep on human health, with a particular focus on improving health outcomes for children. In 2022, the foundation began creative work on a new children's book, parent's guide, and screening tool for pediatricians. In 2025, the foundation published its new children's book, parent's guide, and screening tools for clinicians and began distributing them through its charitable programs.
