Revitalization: in 2024, as part of our revitalization plan, we acquired 3 additional properties (bringing the total to 11) to expand housing options, including new homes and townhomes, which will serve as critical additions to our neighborhood's future. New homeowner's cohort: in support of our vision for long-term neighborhood stability, this program was continued again this year, and guided 12 residents toward future homeownership in the community. This program, funded by two grants totaling 12,000, fostered a sense of belonging and investment among residents, strengthening the fabric of smithville.
