Nshf launched a leadership program to bridge the unmet gap and critical need in patient education and advocacy by unifying and galvanizing collaborative partnerships with premiere physicians, professional societies, affiliate organizations and the medical industry.

Nshf's patient-focused and interactive website is a trusted source for information and resources for neck/back pain and spinal healthcare for public, media and government. The site features patient success stories to help inspire others with similar issues, as well as srf's research findings and current projects. Patients are able to log in and share their spinal champion stories.

Nshf launched a continuing medical education (cme) program to facilitate the education of health care professionals to increase their ability to execute spine health optimization in their practice. The cme program includes a webinar series for healthcare professionals, and the creation of the echo program. The extension for community healthcare outcomes (echo) program will be a collaborative model of medical education and care management that helps clinicians provide expert-level care.
