SPRINGBOARD GAP YEAR INC

Springboard advances whole-person experimental learning designed to cultivate creativity, agency, belonging and resilience in young adults. We intend to develop a generation of future leaders empowered to address the urgent issues of our time. To achieve our mission, we convene thought-leaders to: identify needs to grow and strengthen whole-person, experiential learning initiatives that intentionally cultivate agency and belonging foster the growth of an ecosystem of initiatives address identified needs of this ecosystem support and publicize research efforts that demonstrate the effects of such initiatives seek new ways to promote deeply transformative learning
