SUN VALLEY CARE DEVELOPMENT INC

To foster, encourage and promote the charitable purposes of the corporation by constructing, purchasing, establishing, maintaining, and operating various buildings, facilities and equipment, or by causing one or more of such things to be done and all things including thereto, that will enhance the corporations programs as well as similiar programs of other nonprofit organizations involved in general education, recreation and health.

All Other Accomplishments To solicit gifts and donations in support of the corporation, and to enourage donors to enter into arragements in support of the corporation and its progams and activities. To provide financial assistance by grants, allocations, gifts, scholarships and other means in the furtherance of the corporations purposes.

To do any other act or things and engage in and carry on any other activity in any manner connected with or incidental to, or calculated to promote, assist aid or accomplish any of the aforesaid purposes.
