Membership growth & engagementsupermajority continued to make investments in growing our community by strengthening our members' connection and trust with us. In 2024, we piloted organizing night school, a program aiming to give folks the training and resources needed to take action locally, honing skills from storytelling to digital organizing. We recorded these events and made them available online. We further refined other successful membership engagement programs like new member orientations, superwomen wednesdays, superwomen saturdays, and various other online events. We increased opportunities for our members to find 'third spaces' by participating in panels with leading organizers and issue experts, offering high-quality training and timely volunteer actions - all alongside a robust community of fellow members and young women. Supermajority nurtured our online community via slack so that members had timely, direct access to sm staff and other members. Organizers shared action requests more immediately and were able to share news to continue inspiring and motivating volunteers.

Program 2

$342K

Direct voter contactsupermajority's direct voter contact program aimed to further refine and grow scalable outreach programs, both in-person and virtually, to engage women voters who share our values and don't regularly vote. In 2024, we hired on the ground organizers to lead voter outreach and develop lasting relationships with partners and volunteers in our target communities, in three target states. In michigan, we ran our largest doors program to date with nearly 78,000 attempts and 22,382 conversations, focusing on organizing black women to drive our grassroots power. In pennsylvania, we had our highest number of phone conversations in 2024, with 427,072 attempts and 3,787 conversations. In arizona, we made 633,727 attempts to our priority universe and had over 2,800 conversations. We lifted student voices through grassroots mobilization and leveraged spanish speaking in our programs to increase our reach.

Program 3

$231K

Mobilization trainingthrough our mobilization training program, we trained young women to be leaders in their communities with a focus on state-based power building, deepening our volunteer organizing bench to create lasting impact. In 2024, supermajority held 733 volunteer events, allowing us to engage our 530,000 members and train 4,243 volunteers to be leaders in their own communities, advocating for policies and priorities that will make the majority rules real.
