Maker faire syracuse: the organization hosted maker faire syracuse, a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, maker faire is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects. The program had over 2,700 total participants in 2024.

In 2022, the organization rolled out our initial summer program for students entering 6th-9th grades, stem trekkers, with a focus on robotics. The program is free and open to any student with interest in science, technology, engineering, and/or math. The goal of stem trekkers is to offer a comprehensive, unique, and rigorous stem interactive educational experience that piques students' interest in stem, and that incorporates local businesses and organizations. Stem trekkers additionally seeks to highlight the crossover between industry and education in our community.

In 1999, we created the celebration of technology awards to recognize outstanding individual, project, and company technology achievement, as well as for outstanding organizational and individual stem outreach, and college stem educators.

Tacny junior caf scientifique, a program for middle-school students founded in 2005, features discussions between stem professionals/academics and students about topics in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics in an informal atmosphere, and seeks to encourage students to consider careers in these areas.
