THE ABEL FAMILY LEGACY TRUST

The primary purpose of the legacy trust is to make ongoing and significant monetary contributions or provide facilities for those organization whose tax exempt purposes are primarily to feed the hungry, care for the need and do so through supporting primarily organizations affiliated with recognized christian churches and christian agencies throughout the world. Contributions will be made only to those organizations that are exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the code. The trustees and the successor trustees are charged with determining that contributions go to only those organizations and to that end may require such organizations to provide evidence of their tax exempt status. No contributions will be made to any organization which directly or indirectly could benefit the trustees or any members of the trustees' families.
