THE BEACON EXPERIENCE INC

The beacon experience's goal is to provide 64 south floridian at risk children with educational assistance to complete high school and achieve a minimum of a 4-year college education through the creation of mentoring opportunities, after school programs, travel and developmental activities. The adopted class' program is committed to provide an age-appropriate program for its adopted class. The adopted class program assists in making the transition from elementary to middle to high school to college and other post-high school pursuits. The beacon experience will assist its members by committing the following:--increasing parental support and involvement--developing immediate and long-term goals--providing exposure of mentors and role models--enhancing self-esteem--promoting success in schoolthe adopted class program has employed a full-time project coordinator to organize activities and oversee the students of the adopted class and their progress.
