To establish and operate a facility for the benefit of local non-profit organizations which will enrich the community of salisbury and rowan county, nc. To offer space for charitable activities including, but not limited to, music training and education as well as performances. Other uses for local non-profit could include the use of facilities to feed identied individuals in the community who are in need as well as offering services to, and conducting programs for, local children and young people such as those who are part of the foster care system. After school activities could also be offered to the community, specifically the surrounding neighborhoods.
