Additionally the organization focused on events focused on community events. This included hosting monthly events free to the public for local art vendors to sell their art. On average over 100 vendors participate each month. The organization tracks sales and pays sales tax for all vendors in exchange for 10% of sales. Other events include art fundraisers as well as collaborative events with other non-profits such as Art Battle.

The Generator prides itself on creating an inclusive environment. We provide the most affordable rates in the area for local artists to rent space for both short term project space and long term business operations.

As a member lead organization The Generator holds multiple member appreciation drives as well as complimentary skills workshops and forums.
