The foundation also convenes and funds meetings of the greenwall faculty scholars program committee to oversee the program.

In honor of this milestone, the foundation commissioned the development of a new project from theater of war productions a refutation aimed at catalyzing crucial discussions about healthcare inequity. Developed in 2024 (to be performed in early 2025), a refutation features dramatic readings by acclaimed actors from conflicting historical accounts of philadelphia's 1793 yellow fever epidemic; performances are structured to spark guided panel and audience discussions on america's current health inequities."

Stubing memorial lecture was held in person at new york university's hemmerdinger hall and broadcast online on november 19, 2024 and featured beth macy, journalist and bestselling author of dopesick and raising lazarus: hope, justice, and the future of america's overdose crisis. Perri peltz, journalist, public health advocate, and emmy award-winning filmmaker known for the hbo documentary warning: this drug may kill you, moderated the discussion, titled "ethics in america's epidemic: navigating solutions and hope in the opioid crisis" mr. Stubing served as president of the foundation for 21 years. The lecture series was created in his honor and is intended to reach a broad public audience to show how ethics impacts their everyday lives.

$34KThe greenwall foundation named usha lee mcfarling, national science correspondent at stat, as the recipient of the 2024 bernard lo, md award in bioethics. The award recognized ms. Mcfarling for her role in shaping the public discussion and policy debate about bioethics and equity in healthcare and research. The lo award honors dr. Lo's service to the greenwall foundation as its president & ceo (2012-2020) and founding director of the faculty scholars program. It conveys a cash prize of $25,000.
