The halloran foundation has worked with partners like b lab international and socap to develop programing with educational value to the global impact investing ecosystem.

The halloran foundation has coordinated with local, statewide and national partners including the university of pittsburgh, the bradford area alliance, ben franklin technology partners and the watson institute to develop educational, participatory and investment opportunities for the residents of mckean county, pa. The halloran foundation has supported the development of an annual entrepreneurial weekend training and a credit-bearing, semester-long entrepreneurial program for university of pittsburgh students. The halloran foundation has coordinated with ben franklin technology partners and the bradford area alliance to launch the bright bradford fund, held at ben franklin technology partners that specializes in investing in bradford-based technology-focused businesses. The foundation has worked with bradford area alliance in their planning and implementation of a development strategy for a bradford "catalyst" incubator.
