THE HAMMES FAMILY FOUNDATION

The founder, dr. Brian hammes, suddenly passed away without naming a successor trustee. His co trustee predeceased him so there is no one to carry on the research of the foundation. Because his research was of a specific nature, the foundation has ceased to function. His daughter has temporarily stored the equipment the foundation used, but find it in boxes and missing parts. Due to the specific and technical nature of the equipment, it is only useful to one who has the training on how to use it. If his daughter is unable to find someone that she can give the equipement to, she will dispose of it. The few dollars left in the checking account are frozen as there are no living signatories. This will be the final return since all assets are virtually disposed of. As the preparer, i have excellerated the depreciation to zero out the books and reflect that the equipment is essentially worthless now.
