THE LEIGHTY FOUNDATION

Earth protection the foundation conducts and sponsors research with a focus on co2-emission-free energy sources and infrastructure systems. The foundation participates in, presents at, and has papers published in, the proceedings of regional, national and international energy conferences, generally on the topic of alternatives to electricity for transmission, storage, and integration of renewables- source energy, both centralized and distributed, and often stranded. This includes complete energy systems based on hydrogen and anhydrous ammonia as energy carriers, storage media, and carbon-free fuels, and research on deep hot dry rock geothermal systems.
