THE MILLBOR FOUNDATION

The foundation commenced operations in august 2024 and was funded in october 2024. The organization's primary purpose will be to support the development of technologies that facilitate climate improvement and lessen the adverse impact on biodiversity as a result of climate degradation. During 2024, the organization undertook key preparatory steps to support its mission. These included legal and research expenditures aimed at developing a strategic framework for identifying and evaluating prospective opportunities.during this initial period, all assets were invested conservatively to preserve capital in anticipation of full operations commencing in 2025. These efforts represent foundational activities necessary for the organization's future operations. The foundation has submitted form 1023 and seeks classification as a private operating foundation focused on promoting innovation in climate technology for the betterment of public health and societal well-being.
