$335KExhibitions: the neustadt collection of tiffany glass celebrates the contributions of louis c. Tiffany and his artisans to american art, history, and culture. We are dedicated to preserving, studying, and interpreting our renowned collection through dynamic traveling exhibitions and virtual programs that enable a wide range of audiences to experience tiffany glass. For more than 30 years, the neustadt has actively shared its renowned tiffany collection with the public through object loans and original traveling exhibitions hosted at museums across the country. To date, these special exhibitions have been enjoyed by more than one million visitors. Additionally, since 1995, the neustadt has partnered with the queens museum to present the artwork of louis c. Tiffany to the new york metropolitan area. Portions of the collection are on continuous display in the neustadt's dedicated gallery at the queens museum.

$215KThe neustadt is one of the country's leading public collections of tiffany lamps, windows, and metalwork. It is also the repository of a vast, one-of-a-kind collection of original flat glass and glass "jewels" used by the tiffany studios to created their celebrated windows, lamps, and mosaics. The neustadt's conservator, collection manager, and/or curator provide ongoing condition assessments, necessary conservation treatment and cleaning, general care for and research on collection objects, and proper fine arts storage. They also ensure each artwork is ready for travel and transported safely as part of the neustadt's ongoing object loans and traveling exhibition program. In addition, time is devoted to sorting, organize, documenting, and storing the tiffany glass archive, which includes nearly a half of a million pieces of original glass.
