Program 1

The Price Foundation Charitable Trust will engage in activities that provide for the advancement of education by awarding scholarships to students who meet the academic requirements of a selected school. It is the intention of the Foundation to primarily award scholarship money to institutions designated by the Trust

Program 2

(i.e., primarily such institutions that are affiliated with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee) or individuals and that said institutions shall make the decision and determination as to which students shall receive and utilize scholarship monies. The trust may also award individual scholarships on a case by case basis.

Program 3

Determination of scholarship awards via educational institutions or individuals will be determined through nomination and vote of the trustees. Approved awards will be documented via minutes of trustee meetings. Trustees will require periodic or final confirmation of the use of the resources.
