The Umbrella Foundation held 12 board meetings as well as bi-weekly web design and search engine optimization meetings. We hired a web designer and SEO consultant this year to help publish the new website and make sure we come up in relevant searches. We scheduled marketing events to attend in 2024 to acquire potential candidates and network with potential employers. We also spent time preparing presentations for potential candidates, employers and donors. We have continued to work on the job description for hiring internal resources and plan to hire our first at the beginning of the year.
